DH-
Beautiful stuff there-really suits the song-
May I ask a geeky gear question?
What are you using these days beside the Danelectro? pedal, amps, etc...
and please do stop in Boston soon

I really love the new record-I believe you've taken a brave new step

Best,

Hey man, thanks!I'm always happy to answer gear questions- so much more cut and dried than answering nebulous questions about artistic intent and such....
I'm playing through an Ampeg 2x12 Reverborocket, and the pedals I'm currently using are: a Fulltone OCD, Fulltone Fat Boost, the Electro-Harmonix Stereo Memory Man with Hazerai, a Fulltone Tremelo, and a custom variable filter pedal my friend Paul built.
I believe we'll be playing Boston sometime in May with the Warmer Milks- our booking agent is working on it.

David-
Thanks a lot-can't wait for May then
does your friend sell these pedals under any name?

I think the pedal was kind of a fluke thing. As far as I know, he's working on making guitars now. The pedal has the guts of a wah, but is controlled by a rotary dial and has an on/off switch. This allows it to be set in a certain position and left there.
