Beautiful stuff-
what's up with that fancy new guitar?

Alyssa is an awesome photographer, and this is just some of her digital stuff.

The guitar is a Martin EM-18. There were 1,375 of them made between '79 and '82. I found this one on craigslist and installed the lipstick humbuckers because the original ones were too high-output and anyway I prefer the sound of lipsticks. I also put a pull switch on one of the tone knobs for single coil/double coil switching. It's the most versatile guitar I've ever owned...there are around 10 tonal combinations available, and they all sound good.

For Gilles Coton-

Thanks for dropping a line. Blogger unfortunately does not show email addresses, though, so I could not write you back. Looking forward to meeting you in Belgium.
