Our new full-length has been recorded and will come out in early March '09.

Moroccan kif-smokers like to speak of "two worlds", the one ruled by inexorable natural laws, and the other, the kif world, in which each person perceives "reality" according to the projections of his own essence, the state of consciousness in which the elements of the physical universe are automatically rearranged by cannabis to suit the requirements of the individual. These distorted variations in themselves generally are of scant interest to anyone but the subject at the time he is experiencing them. An intelligent smoker, nonetheless, can aid in directing the process of deformation in such a way that the results will have value to him in his daily life. If he has faith in the accuracy of his interpretations, he will accept them as decisive, and use them to determine a subsequent plan of action. Thus, for a dedicated smoker, the passage to the "other world" is often a pilgrimage undertaken for the express purpose of oracular consultation.

So if a picture is worth a thousand words, that means I don't really have to editorialize here that much, do I?
I will say this much- we had a lot of fun, those Pontiak guys are great (musically and otherwise) and we had a blast watching the other bands we shared bills with, chiefly Pontiak (of course), the Psychic Paramount, and Thalia Zedek's band.

September Tour Dates

Soon we shall be embarking on a brief tour of the Northeast US with our good friends, Pontiak, as well as some of our other friends' bands that will be joining us along the way. Can't wait for this trip- it's been way too long since we got out on the road, and it will be our first time in New England in quite a while.

We'll be promoting our new split 12" with Pontiak, Kale, and of will be playing some of that material, as well as new songs, old songs, whatever seems to fit the night, really. Anyone with a song request can leave a comment and we'll see what we can do.
